My dog is smarter than your dog

Today I let Vache out of her kennel to play while I was up in my office working. I was keeping an ear on her and after a while decided to go sit on the landing and watch her for a while. She was in the living room wrestling with a fleece blanket Lori gave her. After a little bit, she notices me and starts to bring the blanket over to show me, but as she was dragging it, she kept stepping on it with her back legs and subsequently smacking her face into he floor. So what does she do? She lays the blanket out straight, folds it into thirds and picks up the bundle and comes over to drop it at my feet.

I think the next trick we teach her will be to fold my shirts. Or maybe quadratic equations.

Nice! What a smart puppy :)
I would go for the quadratric equation trick. Either that or chasing her tail... they are kinda the same anyway...

She's been chasing her tail from the day we brought her home. She knows the names of all her toys, upstairs, downstairs, outside, sit, stay, lie down, roll over, shake, up, go sit (which is what we use when we want her to sit on her pillow away from us so we can eat, do a devotional, etc.) She knows to ring the bell to go outside, she knows she doesn't get let back in until she sits calmly on the step. She knows to sit on the rug and wait until we tell her before she can go to her bowl and eat.

She's just dang smart. For a dog, anyway.
